Kate was great and super helpful for my first time buying a house. I never got the feeling she just wanted to sell me on a house. She really wants her clients to be happy with their purchase and does not want to put them in a bad situation. For me this was exactly what I was looking for was someone I could trust to have my best interest at the heart of all their decisions, and I truly believe Kate did.
